We design an easy-to-use (“straight-forward”) private custom mobile app for your business containing the same forms that your mobile workers use today.
Using the private link that we then provide to you; your field workers download that custom app onto their smart devices (phones/tablets) – this places your custom app on their device along with a custom icon containing your company logo
Your mobile workers simply tap on your custom icon to open the app and select the same Form that they have always been using from a menu (if you have multiple Forms titles in use)
The form is then completed by using keystrokes and/or voice-to-text. Your workers can even add photos they take or customer signatures that they capture on-site.
Once complete, it is sent to the office by selecting the “Submit” button

Getting Data From The Field
Once the mobile worker submits the Form, it arrives in seconds to the email of any number of designated recipients.
Escalations to additional recipients (i.e. a Manager) can be done automatically, based upon the actual data captured by the mobile worker. That manager is now alerted to potential issues before they become real problems OR this escalation might be made to your customer service team to pursue additional business – enhancing the level of care you provide to your customers and driving more business revenue.
Your Form is now in a digital format (easy to read – no more handwriting issues).
Its "intelligent" and can automatically be supplemented right there in the field to capture even more data. (triggered by the initial data that was captured)
Can be augmented with photos (i.e., “before-and-after”) as well as customer signatures/authorizations.
Submission also comes with a PDF attachment containing all info captured – easy to archive, forward internally, or send directly to the customer if the need arises.
Reporting-Accessing That Mobile Data
Data for all Forms submitted also resides in your own private/secured database in the Cloud (located at AWS) accessible anywhere via the internet.
Can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet for further manipulation.
Custom management reports can be generated on any of the data stored in the Cloud.
